img_2934Susan Nally is a contemporary artist who works in oil on an intimate scale. She is a minimalist at heart who believes the fewest objects tell the most evocative story. Her paintings celebrate the beauty of the familiar. Susan resided in Texas for many years as a physician. She now lives in Connecticut.

Susan recieved her Bachelors degree in Biology at the University of Connecticut and from there received her M.D. at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Primarily a self taught artist, she has since taken workshops/classes with such outstanding artists as Stanley Bielen, Sherrie McGraw and David Dunlop. She is represented by Susan Powell Fine Art in Madison, CT and DaSilva Gallery in New Haven, CT.
